Purlisse claims to be a cruelty free brand, though I could not find third-party verification of that through any of the cruelty free sites I follow. I don’t see any indication that they sell in mainland China, so my guess is that they are cruelty free. They also claim that their products are vegan, but this BB cream contains beeswax, which, if derived from bees, would make this product not vegan in my opinion.
