Marc Jacobs Fragrance, however, does sell in China and is therefore not considered cruelty free (as aftermarket animal testing is required by law in mainland China). This concealer is sold under the Marc Jacobs Beauty brand. The ingredient list appears to be vegan, though I cannot find confirmation of that.
