I started Curology on October 20, 2019 and filmed this update 6 weeks later on December 4, 2019. I used Curology every 3rd night for the first week, every other night for the second week, and every night weeks 3 through 6. For the first 2 weeks I also stopped my morning skin care routine except for moisturizer and sunscreen. At week 3, I started adding in my Lancome Youth Activating Serum and Belif True Cream Moisturizing Bomb in the evenings, and resumed my morning skin care routine of Science Serum Bright & Tight, Lancome serum, Drunk Elephant C-Firma, Belif TCMB, and sunscreen. I use the Biologique P50 acid toner every 3 to 4 days in the mornings.
