I started Curology on October 20, 2019 and filmed this update just over 6 months later on May 7, 2020. I used Curology with 0.01% tretinoin strength every 3rd night for the first week, every other night for the second week, and every night weeks 3 through 6. For the first 2 weeks I also stopped my morning skin care routine except for moisturizer and sunscreen. At week 3, I started resuming serums/acids/etc in my skin care routine. Around April 1, 2020, my provider increased my tretinoin strength to 0.02%. To acclimate to the new strength, I applied my Curology every 3rd night, moisturizers-only the next night, and glycolic serum the next night. I’ve been on that sequence for 5 weeks now, and I’ve just started experimenting adding another night per week of Curology/tretinoin. My skin is tolerating it well. I am taking it slowly to avoid irritation/flaking skin.

I use the Biologique P50 acid toner every 3 to 4 days in the mornings.
